Acest serviciu utilizeaz\u0103 cele mai recente <b>Verific\u0103ri de securitate 3DSv2<\/b> pentru autentificarea puternic\u0103 a clien\u021bilor.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u00cen timpul pl\u0103\u021bii, vi se poate oferi op\u021biunea de a <b>salva\u021bi cardul dvs.<\/b> pentru utilizare ulterioar\u0103. Pute\u021bi \u0219terge cardurile salvate \u00een orice moment prin intermediul contului dvs. online sau contact\u00e2ndu-ne. Timpul de a\u0219teptare<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>Colec\u021bii de aeroporturi<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Pentru prelu\u0103ri de la aeroport, <span class=\"s2\"><b>MileLux<\/b><\/span> permite <span class=\"s2\"><b>p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1 or\u0103 de timp de a\u0219teptare gratuit<\/b><\/span> din momentul ateriz\u0103rii zborului dumneavoastr\u0103.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, timpul de a\u0219teptare este taxat la:<br \/><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u00a320 pe or\u0103 (pro rata).<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">MileLux va onora cererile pentru un <span class=\"s2\"><b>timp de colectare am\u00e2nat<\/b><\/span> (de exemplu, un anumit num\u0103r de minute dup\u0103 aterizare).<br \/>Cu toate acestea:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Nu se va acorda timp de a\u0219teptare gratuit suplimentar peste perioada de am\u00e2nare aleas\u0103.<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Nu se ofer\u0103 nicio compensa\u021bie dac\u0103 pasagerul este gata mai devreme \u0219i trebuie s\u0103 a\u0219tepte ora programat\u0103 pentru preluare.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p6\">Dac\u0103 nu se specific\u0103 altfel \u00een scris (e-mail), MileLux va presupune \u00eentotdeauna c\u0103 dori\u021bi un <span class=\"s2\"><b>colec\u021bie standard<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>Toate celelalte c\u0103l\u0103torii<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Timpul de a\u0219teptare pentru c\u0103l\u0103toriile \u00een afara aeroportului este taxat la:<br \/><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u00a320 pe or\u0103 (pro rata)<\/b><\/span><br \/>Acest lucru se aplic\u0103 de la:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Ora de colectare programat\u0103 sau<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Orice oprire convenit\u0103 \u00een timpul c\u0103l\u0103toriei<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p7\"><b>2. Amendamente<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Toate modific\u0103rile rezerv\u0103rii trebuie efectuate prin intermediul:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">E-mail, sau<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Telefon<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p8\"><span class=\"s3\">Ve\u021bi primi \u00eentotdeauna un <\/span><b>confirmare e-mail<\/b><span class=\"s3\"> a oric\u0103rui amendament.<br \/><\/span><b>Modific\u0103rile NU pot fi f\u0103cute direct cu \u0219oferul.<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p7\"><b>4. Reprogramarea<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Toate rezerv\u0103rile trebuie f\u0103cute prin intermediul biroului MileLux:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Site web<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Telefon<\/li><li class=\"li1\">E-mail<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Acest lucru asigur\u0103:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Se emite confirmarea de c\u0103l\u0103torie<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Rezervarea este asigurat\u0103<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Se efectueaz\u0103 alocarea corect\u0103 a vehiculelor<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p7\"><b>5. Anul\u0103ri<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">MileLux accept\u0103 anul\u0103ri cu <span class=\"s2\"><b>preaviz de cel pu\u021bin 24 de ore<\/b><\/span>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">O anulare implic\u0103 o tax\u0103 de administrare \/ tranzac\u021bie de:<br \/><span class=\"s2\"><b>7 \u00a3 sau 10% din costul c\u0103l\u0103toriei (oricare dintre acestea este mai mare).<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"p6\">Toate anul\u0103rile trebuie f\u0103cute prin e-mail \u0219i trebuie confirmate de MileLux.<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>Important<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p6\">Dac\u0103 o face\u021bi <span class=\"s2\"><b>nu<\/b><\/span> primi\u021bi un e-mail de confirmare a anul\u0103rii, anularea a <span class=\"s2\"><b>nu<\/b><\/span> au fost primite.<br \/>\u00cen acest caz, v\u0103 rug\u0103m s\u0103 apela\u021bi linia noastr\u0103 de asisten\u021b\u0103 \u00een afara orelor de program.<\/p><p class=\"p5\"><b>Restituirile nu vor fi emise atunci c\u00e2nd:<\/b><\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\">Pasagerul <span class=\"s2\"><b>nu apare<\/b><\/span> pentru o c\u0103l\u0103torie prepl\u0103tit\u0103<\/li><li class=\"li1\">O anulare este f\u0103cut\u0103 cu <span class=\"s2\"><b>preaviz mai mic de 24 de ore<\/b><\/span><\/li><li class=\"li1\">Alte probleme legate de rambursare trebuie abordate direct cu <span class=\"s2\"><b>Servicii pentru clien\u021bi MileLux<\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p7\"><b>6. Pl\u00e2ngeri<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Toate reclama\u021biile privind serviciul trebuie depuse <span class=\"s2\"><b>\u00een scris<\/b><\/span> \u00een <span class=\"s2\"><b>30 de zile<\/b><\/span> a evenimentului.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">V\u0103 rug\u0103m s\u0103 r\u0103spunde\u021bi direct la e-mailul de confirmare a rezerv\u0103rii sau s\u0103 contacta\u021bi biroul cu detalii complete.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Unele apeluri pot fi \u00eenregistrate \u00een scopuri de formare \u0219i calitate.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p7\"><b>7.
